English Sketches is a revised and expanded edition of the popular collection of comic sketches form the English Teaching Theatre, originally published as 'Off-Stage!' and 'Further Off-Stage!', and now presented in two graded levels. This photocopiable resource book has been specially designed for teachers to use in the classroom or in other contexts such as English clubs and end-of-term shows. This book contains: - 16 photocopiable sketches; - Teacher's Notes for each sketch, giving tips for acting out as well as vocabulary, preliminary practice and follow-up activities; - an alphabetical Index identifying language areas occuring in the sketches; - a Structural Levels Chart providing a general guide to the level of each sketch.
